so yeah.
Matchmaker just finished.......kinda relieving, kinda sad cuz that was a fun show to do.

Charlie brown dates at Anderson Center are like Dec. 18-20 or something maybe?

Made it to the next round in Overtures, which is cool.

AND I GOT THE PART I WANTED IN THE ALL-OHIO SHOW!!!!!!

YAY!!!!!
so yeah i'll be in columbus during the weekends that we have mondays off to rehearse. and we'll perform at state in front of everyone that attends :)

NEW POST!!!

So yeah.
Haven't posted in like forever.
So basically gonna give a run down of the theater stuff going on.
So first of all starting with the show that never ends: "You're a Good Man Charlie Brown"
So yeah we're performing again a couple nights in December I believe at the Anderson Community Center so that should be fun, and we also were picked to perform the full show at state thespian conference on a main stage in front of 400-750 people, so that's AWESOME! :)

Current show we're working on is "The Matchmaker", which is basically word for word "Hello Dolly!" without the music part lol.
That will be shown late November.

I am currently in the audition process of an arts scholarship program called "Overtures". I've made it to the second round but must do new songs and monologues. Oh I'm doing the competition in Musical Theater.

I'm also planning on auditioning for the All-Ohio show of "All Shook Up" which is a musical based on Elvis music obviously. If I made that cast I'd be beyond ecstatic cuz it's a pretty big honor so one can only hope lol.
Anyway.
Must take french quiz now.

Afraid to Sleep

Whenever i sleep, it gets worse lol.
so i'm trying to stay awake until the cough syrup kicks in.
in the mean time, i'm listening to many disney podcasts (wow i'm cool)
but oddly enough it takes my mind off of things.....
it's that whole magic thing again lol

stilll sick! this sux,
so audition for musical was last wednesday as said in last post, dance auditions were thursday (yes i had to go to that lol), and friday was callbacks.

so i went to callbacks with a fever i think. but i think i did decent (in all honesty and not trying to gloat,,,i did better than the other guys there in singing and acting)

so i missed school today cuz of the sickness goin around. so the cast list went up....but alas....i was beat out from the two main leads by...who else? charlie and wade (the guys that get EVERY lead.) oh well...i got "bud frump" and he has a couple of songs and is a fun character....so it should be fun :)

oh and we're doing "how to succeed in business without really trying" (dont remember if i mentioned that before.)

So it's 11:27 am and obviously I'm not at school. We didn't have school on monday because of MLK jr day, ourheat was out at school yesterdayso we didn't have school, and now today when i woke up< I was feelin TERRIBLE this morning. I had an extremely sore throat and i was congested and sore. It was not fun. And i was freaking out cuz I had my musical audition today and it's my one and only chance. But now i'm feeling as good as new,so maybe i'll go in late. ciao.
